![]() I have thought of knight and crusader for melee/tanking, sorcerer/wizard for fireballs and such. I am looking for suggestions on what type of classes I should go with, and if there are any cool combos for 2 characters that work well. These soldiers will level twice for each 3 levels I gain, so my starting squad will hit level 14 if/when I hit 20. I am thinking I can make 2 characters better than 4 warriors or adepts. ![]() I also gain four more slots every third level. I can either take one NPC class, such as adept or warrior, per slot, or I can take a normal class which takes up two slots. At first level I will have four "slots" available for my squad. The second part of the question involves my squad. Classes I have thought for this are paladin and dragon shaman for their auras. We are using normal gestalt rules this time. I am wondering if there are other classes which would benefit my squad enough to build around. I will be commanding a small squad at first that grows as I level. I recently asked advice on gestalt combos, and found that factotem/warblade would be a solid choice and something fun to play. I am looking for some help in figuring out which classes to combine for my character. The other is going to be Cleric and something else. One of the other players is going with bard and either warlock or sorcerer. There are three players who will each have a general type character that will be gestalt. The second DM in our group is starting a new campaign soon set in the Eberron world, using the 100 year war as part of the campaign.
